This was my first Shelflove Crate and I enjoyed it so much that I let it renew for July.

The theme for this month was Romance Reboot. I had no idea what I'd be getting with this, but I assumed Sci-Fi would be involved (I was partially right!)

Please excuse my disgusting nails, I've been too busy/lazy to go get them done :(

First up is the bookmark with the theme artwork on it (which I am assuming is included each month kind of like Owlcrate's buttons). I loved the artwork related to this theme! Kat Adara is the artist behind this month's theme art.

Then I came to this BEAUTIFUL woodmark. This is my first woodmark, even though I follow several vendors on my bookstagram (follow me here!). This particular woodmark was created by Dreamy And Co and was inspired by Vampire Academy, which I have never read but I absolutely adore the quote!

Apparently Shelflove has been doing trading cards for The Lunar Chronicles (which I love). This month's box has Iko, who is definitely in my top three characters in that series (I also love Thorne and Cress). This was also designed by Kat Adara!

The next item was a candle, which honestly, I'd be happy to receive a candle every month in every box. They're pretty, they smell good, they go beautifully on bookshelves near their appropriate colors or fandoms. Honestly, I can't imagine ever being disappointed in receiving a candle, especially one as beautiful as the one included in this box, designed by Natura Amantis. This candle actually contains an Amythest stone and rose buds in it!

Also included was a book sleeve. Now I've been torn with my feelings on book sleeves for awhile now. They're slowly growing on me. I can totally understand the point of them, but they often end up being huge and taking up way too much room in my bag, unless I'm carrying an oversized tote. This one though, features one of my all-time favorite quotes/favorite Shakespeare quote. This sleeve was designed by KDP Letters.

A lot of book boxes come with coffee mugs, which is great, because I collect mugs so it never hurts to have another one. But this month Shelflove switched up the game and instead of a coffee mug, they included a freaking tumbler! Designed by Love You More, this is a Shatter Me inspired tumbler. Now I don't know if I've ever discussed it on this blog, but I despise Shatter Me. I hate hate hate the writing style. I hate Juliette. I think she's a horribly weak female character and the literary world has seen more than enough of those types of women. Neither of the males sparked my interest so the love triangle falls flat. But nonetheless, I am in love with this tumbler. I've received 3 or 4 mugs from different book boxes, and I of course own several tumblers that I bought from stores, but I use this one far more than any of the others. It's so fun to walk around letting the world know you are a bookie :)

Getting into the book of the month - this double-sided character print was included on top of the book, so unless you peeked at the spoiler insert or were familiar with the cover of this book, you were still in for a surprise. The quality of this print by Gabriella Bujdoso is outstanding. It's super thick and shimmery and dark. I'm going to have some trouble deciding which character I want to frame for my wall. Currently leaning towards Eve because she looks like a total badass.

And finally - this month's book was Jay Kristoff's LIFEL1K3! It is a Sci-Fi re-imagining of Romeo and Juliet, where she is a "bot fighter" and he is a "lifelike." So far the only Jay Kristoff book I've read is Illuminae, co-written with Amie Kaufman. I also have Nevernight on my TBR. Admitedly, this book is not near the top of my TBR, but I do look forward to checking it out in a few months. It also came with a signed nameplate.

The final shot of all the goodies together :)
